The food is pretty good, but the staff is extremely rude. There's better food in the neighborhood. Not worth it IMO.

My family & I really enjoy IX. Quick service, Great thoughtfully put together food. The owner and staff are very kind & accommodating. • VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY • The outdoor seating is super cute, (inside too)! I always recommend this cozy dining spot to visiting friends and family. • • • P.s. the soups (esp the orange-coconut-carrot soup) homemade hot sauces are FIRE️️️ (The Most Delicious).
The BEST hot chocolate you can get in NYC!! and the food was delicious as well, different than any place else. Kind staff and chef.
Super delicious Guatemalan food. Try the pepian soup and follow it up with a mug of cacao (best in the city) and a serving of exquisite churros.
Even though I had to dine outdoors, I was kept warm by their chicken soup, cappuccino, hot wine & sangria. I will be back with the kids to try the hot chocolate and shrimp cerviche.
