This is a great skate park. The locals are usually pretty nice. I will say that about a month ago, I was skating there at 9:30 in the morning on a weekday and a homeless guy pulled a knife on me for no reason. The police came and took him to the hospital. I’ve heard of similar incidents happening there too. No one has got hurt, but be careful if you go there.

Usually pretty quiet, and very well frequented by various ages because of the dynamics of the park. There is an open field space, a dog park section, a skate park section, a kiddie playground (separate areas for the age groups) with swings(), a workout area, a magnitude of benches and lots of great plant life. I usually like to go and act like im in a magical forest. Its beautiful, especially when the clouds are well separated and its warm, because in the open circle it looks like great scenery as the sun sets against the trees! Its amazing for this area in Brooklyn!

A beautiful park to relax and play. New residents are not familiar with the way things are done in the neighborhood. Tensions between neighborhood factions appear as signs posted on the railings of the park urging people to not use fireworks while longtime residents say \ deal with it or move out \ Is it fair to move into a neighborhood and tell people there to change?

A lovely small park in East Williamsburg. Big playing field in the middle but also nooks in the corners for smaller gatherings.
