This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in nyc. The food was excellent and each dish was well thought out in terms of flavor and consistency (there is not another place like this currently in any of the 5 boroughs). The drinks were also extremely impressive. The service was very good. I never had a plate sitting on my table after I finished for more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant and wish they would open on the upper east side because if they did I would be there twice a week.

Look no further. This is so good. Really. We loved it. The arepas were so fresh and tasty, just delightful. If you're in the hood and not sure where to brunch your search is over. My fiancée seems a little less dangerous after that coffee and food so i highly recommend.

Food was top notch but the prices are enough to chase customers away. I decided to stay regardless but there is a 20 percent gratuity charge that will be added to your bill. This means for a party of 2 that orders a drink and an entree, the 8.875 sales tax plus the gratuity charge could easily add over 20 dollars onto your tab. I’d advise they do away with that. I understand that people tip under 20 percent but it’s not very pleasant to see the high prices on the menu plus the note of the gratuity charge.

Wow. Phenomenal drinks, probably the best drink I have ever had (the Peligrosa). Arepitas were delicious and had a beautiful variation (black bean, chicken salad, shredded beef). Moved on to a kind of empanada meatball, which tasted almost Italian. Fantastic. Also had the octopus and the baby shark. Would go back every day! Going again for brunch next week. Wonderful outdoor area with great music. Highly recommend.

I am originally from Venezuela , and I have to say The food and the flavor was on point but the size of the dishes and the prices don’t match. I think they are over charging and for that reason I would not recommend this place.
