I’ve been coming here for a little minute even when I run late they take me . It’s crowded and didn’t even get proper testing I went in for a checkup got a Pap smear and it’s been over a month with no results and you come there wait an hour I asked the doctor should I be tested she said no it’s fine still waiting to hear back . That’s typical in a office seeing majority minority patients

This is the first review I’ve ever left on a business. Ever. I’ve spent the last month calling to have my medical records sent to another doctor for a procedure. We tried for a couple weeks finally they realized they didn’t have paper in their fax machine — it took them weeks to bother to walk over to the fax machine (faxing was their request, so we had to track down an online fax service because no normal patient would have that in their home). Now for weeks they keep saying they’ll email the documents but my doctor never receives anything. Finally I have come in person am standing on the street with 2 other women, all of us here because they state online they open at 7:30 but the guard next door told us it’s 8:15. It’s wildly unethical for a doctor’s office to threaten a patient getting medical attention because in a full month they aren’t capable of sharing medical records. And it’s just plain rude that based on today I’d imagine daily there are patients on the street they don’t bother to update their hours. I have the means to go elsewhere will, but the fact this office serves an underprivileged demographic some of whom can’t, is heartbreaking the reason I’m writing today. If you can go elsewhere, please do, even if you have to travel further to get there, it will save you time. The doctor herself was lovely, but new office managers are needed to ethically serve patients with respect.

Don't go here if you want a good experience. The place is crowded sometimes & everything seems rushed! Doesn't feel like they really care, they just want to get it over with since it's their job. I definitely won't be going back here!!!!!!!
