I had a great experience at A to Z. Very courteous, and the turnaround time was quick (dropped off luggage to get wheel replaced on a Fri, picked up that next Wed). So much better than having to buy a fully new travel bag!

Very disappointed in luggage repair service. I had Samsonite suitcase that I loved and was no longer being made. A to Z replaced a broken high quality Samsonite 2-way zipper with a cheap 1-way zipper that broke the first time I used the bag on a trip. Repair only cost 20, but it ruined my 200 suitcase.
Best place for repair . amazing people working there . ready to help out any client the walk in.
Very good place. People don't travel like they used, but I am sure 2021 will be better. And here is the first place I will go to.
