Visited Brooklands with a family member and purchased a car. Unfortunately there were some issues with the vehicle but Chris and the team did what they could they try and alleviate the issues. After all possible outcomes were tried and car wasn’t what we needed, Chris sorted us out with a replacement motor and helped us get behind the wheel of that with as little financial impact to us as possible. I find Brooklands fair, reasonably priced, and they work with the customer at the heart of what they do. I would be happy to do business with them again.

Great service, I have no complaints, I spoke with Ryan who was very helpful when it came to my queries - I had plenty as it was my first car. Great service from the manager when I came to collect my car. It was a swift and timely transaction, happy customer
Nothing but problems since the day after I got the car. Consistent smell of fumes, electrical faults, temperamental gear box, car failing to switch on. Brooklands do NOTHING to help. They are defensive, dismissive and accusing you of lying. The two co-owners do not communicate. After three months of reporting faults Brooklands told me I can return the car and they would ‘clear’ the finance, but only after I had paid them 425.00 for a V5 switch over which costs nothing, ‘wear and tear’ of a vehicle which never worked, use of mileage which I paid for when putting fuel in the car and for owning the car for 3 months, despite reporting the faults for 3 months. To top that off they also kept my 570 deposit. They are untrustworthy and only respond with ‘we’ve been in business for 30 years’. How is is beyond me. If Brooklands respond with a typical you’re lying remark, I’m happy to provide proof of the emails and phone recordings to anyone would like me to clarify my claims.
Brilliant service just sold my car got a great price too. It was a pleasure doing business with them quick fast deal done .cheers brooklands cars
