I had a spinal fusion surgery (two 14” metal rods drilled into my spine) in 2008 and was scared I was unable to get help for the crick in my neck. Do not let that keep you from going, my neck and shoulders are much more relaxed. And the “homework” or stretches at home are a manageable routine. The doctor (Kinsella) is gentle, polite and very knowledgeable. He is willing to work with you to solve your issue and genuinely care that you’re getting better.
We were thrilled to find Dr. Tom and the good folks at S.P.A.R.C. Chiropractic. We'd left a chiropractor that we loved in Chicago when we moved out here and were afraid we wouldn't find anyone as good. I've been really happy with the soft tissue work which helps the alignment stay in place. My back has never felt better!
