My normal Vets closed in Regents Park and I was moved here. I’ve had reason to use them twice and found them very unfriendly. My old vets also used to send a text reminder when the dogs Jabs were due. Not these guys, oh no. When I picked them up on this there was no apology, just a shrug of the shoulders. Hence why I have now moved to Harriers in Hamble who I have used before and are very good. And spoken to the healthy pet club about the lack of reminders from one of their members, at least they were very apologetic.

Lovely staff. I feel safe leaving my pets in their care. Covid set up is brilliant. Moved from their sister practice in Regents Park when it closed and I'm happy to continue with them .
Excellent service, COVID safe, very good set up.
They were very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable letting take care of my little puppy. They also had a sensible coronavirus response, asking us to wait outside and with staff in masks - will continue to use them
