Up Another Level converted my loft space into a perfect attic master en-suite bedroom. I was impressed with their service from the very start and they exceeded my expectations in all areas. The communication I had with them was priceless and definitely made the whole process so much easier and manageable. I had a very tricky situation with my neighbour who refused to sign the party wall agreement. Up Another Level went above and beyond with helping me to sort this out. They gave advice, recommendations and reassurance and made contact with the council, my surveyor and my neighbour on my behalf. I'm not sure how many other companies would have provided what felt like a personal service. My extension was further complicated by Covid-19 but yet again the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could have thanks to the communication with the team. I am so happy with the design and the ideas that the builders had; they were always on hand to give me their invaluable professional advice. The builders are very professional and definitely have an eye for detail, I never expected a loft as amazing as what I have. I considered myself quite a fussy customer as I was so picky with what I wanted but the team were happy to accommodate and even made suggestions that I would never have thought of. The workmen were great and I was happy to trust them with home whilst I was out working. I am delighted with the finished product and would most definitely recommend Up Another Level to anybody who wants to vastly improve their home with a loft conversion :-)

I can't recommend Up Another Level highly enough. From the start they were excellent at communicating and adaptable to our ideas producing truly fantastic results. Their team are highly skilled, reliable, considerate and quick to produce impressive results. Also surprisingly little disturbance to our usual family life considering the scale of the job. Really high quality results and they've created the best room in the house ! Superb !
James came around to our house to give us a quotation for the loft conversion.. his manner was great and price was very competitive. Therefore we decided to go ahead with the works...I couldn't fault anything! The workers were polite and did a great job... mess was kept to a minimum... communication was excellent throughout... and now it is our favourite room in the house!

A few years ago we rebuilt the attic of our 1930s semi. It had been accessed through a hatch by loft ladder from the landing, there was enough room to stand up in it but we guessed that it could be extended. Up Another Level were so helpful and easy to deal with. They produced all the necessary plans. Nothing we suggested was too difficult for them, though sometimes they advised us in another direction. There was plenty of space for a proper staircase, the woodwork copying the house original one. We decided against an ensuite and are very glad that we have a shower room and WC with plenty of space accessed at the top of the stairs. This enables it to be used by the rest of the household. We are so pleased with the result. Up Another Level gave us a spacious double bedroom with a walk-in cupboard and low wall access into the roof space. We had fitted wardrobes made along one wall. We chose a full length window which enables a good view of the back gardens. UAL could not have been better builders making very little disruption to the house in the process and they were lovely friendly, helpful people.
