Exceptionally good food, well done to the chef. I have been going to the New Inn for food and drink for several years now and they never let me down. Nice friendly service but could be a little faster and more attentive on taking orders on the food side sometimes, but they get there in the end and always with a smile. The food is always good, and they have a good general selection of food types so there is something for everybody. I look forward to things getting back to normal to meet up with a few friends for a drink at this well-presented pub and eatery.

We came here for a Sunday roast, which was very nice. The only thing we've noticed that the staff was not wearing any face covering which might be scary for some people but we were not bothered. The dessert was a bit disappointing as I've asked for the sticky toffee pudding which I love but instead I got a piece of basic chocolate cake with chocolate sauce and strawberries and no mention about this cake not being available. There was no lactose free milk or cows milk either and the waitress said they have to go to Sainsbury's to buy some milk so we'll have to wait for our coffees. Everything went well until after we've finished our desserts and were still drinking our coffees which we had to wait for when we've been asked to leave the table as the next guests have arrived. It was a bit surprising that we had to get up with our drinks and go outside as all the tables were reserved in the bar area. The overall experience was OK though.

First time I dined in this amazing restaurant. We celebrated my mother’s birthday and from the moment we entered it was like a vip treatment. Apart from the amazing friendly staff, the restaurant had complied with social distancing safety measures. It had a variety of dishes (Amazing cooked)from the menu and I cannot wait to come back again. A thousand thank To Cheff for the delicious food, you’s to the amazing staff for making feel like home. I can’t wait to come back again and again.

We visited yesterday (18th) for a birthday lunch and have to say what a great experience it was. The waitress was so nice, the surroundings were lovely and we all agreed it was probably one of the best restaurant roast dinners we’d ever eaten. Didn’t think I had room for dessert but so glad I found room for the apple crumble. We felt very safe and will definitely be back
