Don’t go to there, I rented a small Van for three hours and been told at pickup that the tank was full which wasn’t when I got it back I filled the tank cost me 62 the van rental was 42, they just refused ti admit there mistake and didn’t want to reimburse the petrol costs. Very unfriendly and zero customer care. Never use them again . ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mark, In response to your comment I discussed the matter with a young lady there at the desk with glasses and she told me there will be no petrol reimbursement and asked her to deduct the renting charge from the petrol money she said no categorically. I was realy upset because the nice guy who did the check when returning the van told me we will find an arrangement don't worry and couldn't see him after he went into the building. I then left and called your office and I had the same young lady on the phone I told her I wanted to speak to the manager about the matter and she answered she is the manager and there nothing to discuss and to be fair to you I told her I will leave a bad review and she said do what you want!!! So you can see that I realy wanted to find a solution but...! I do believe that the best man always comes back to reason what ever happened ....You have my details. Regards

Dismal company. Wrong vehicle supplied. Rude, surly and unhelpful reception staff compelled me to go to another branch to collect vehicle of spec I reserved (for which they had taken non-refundable prepayment) and then demanded a surcharge. Far more expensive than their competitors. My recommendation - avoid this company at all costs.
Very friendly staff on the phone and in person .... great prices and vehicles.
