Not just friendly, they took the time to understand what I needed and charged according to what I needed which I had all the supplies for, just needed the labour to stitch it. They were quick and majorly competitive on price from others in the area who actually quoted me 50 for a job done here for 8. Literally sewing Velcro down both sides of a a assistance dog harness. (Everything I purchased) I am coming back and recommend to everyone
This place is amazing! I dropped a faux leather jacket in to have the sleeves taken up - this was a tricky job as there was a zip in the sleeve. Three places told me that they couldn't do it but Bromley Tailoring said they could and they did! The work is so neat - they completely removed the zip and moved it up the sleeve and it looks absolutely fantastic. I was expecting this to cost an absolute fortune as it's such a complex job but it only cost 45. I've used other places before that have charged me twice as much for a job not nearly as tricky. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who served me but he was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I'm really pleased with the jacket and I highly, highly recommend Bromley Tailoring!
I had my dress altered. The team were very friendly and helpful and provided helpful advice when I asked. I went back 6 days letter and I was very happy with my results. They were very affordable too. Extremely happy and great full. Thank you
