First time eating from Franklin's - the deal was too good to pass up. Ordered the Wednesday night special of 4 burgers and fries for 15 to pick up. The seasoned fries were excellent! The burgers were well done and juicy. The buns weren't the standard, white buns, these were much better. Only complaint was the sad wilted piece of lettuce that was too cooked to bite through and the barely there tomato slice. Easily remedied in our kitchen. Tip: If you have more than two people who enjoy fries, get two orders. As good as the fries are, they go quick with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The staff was friendly and greeted me immediately. My order was ready to go and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I did like Franklin's vibe (of course with the spike in Covid, the place was empty of diners) and can see us going there to dine one day in the future.

We attempted to try this establishment Friday night however, after waiting over 40 minutes in the cold, we left. When we first arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait for our party of 3. The hostess took our number and advised we would be called when it was our turn. After waiting 30 minutes, we were not called. One of us went in to check and were told we were next. My friend was waiting in the corner (away from everyone) and she was told to go outside because of ‘social distancing’ even though they clearly were not practicing social distancing inside. Several people who got there after us were seated before us. The hostess was on her personal phone texting instead of paying attention to the guests. We finally left and went to another restaurant in the area where we were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately. We NEVER received a phone call. Absolutely unacceptable! We will not be back and we will never recommend this place to anyone.

The food is always amazing. From the BBQ platter to the Steaks, Chicken Fried Steaks, Cajun Blackened Shrimp and Cheesey Grits. Brunch with Mimosa Parties and house made Bloody Marys with Bacon! Its all good!

Tried this with a friend and his wife last night. I'm only reviewing my food... If you like pulled pork nachos, this would be a place to eat at. I've tried pulled pork nachos at several places in the surrounding area (Tulsa/Owasso) and hands down these are the best I've had. Bricktown Brewery can't touch Franklin's version. They load the nachos up with lots of cheese and pulled pork, along with everything else. You'll get your moneys worth. Other that that, staff was nice. It had a good vibe while I was there. So if your in the neighborhood for pulled pork nachos go there and try them. PS to the restaurant employees (specifically the chef who plated my food)... Don't screw up my review. I recommend these nachos now to everyone.. You better live up to the hype I've dished out.
