They have been a nuisance to me they know they're not supposed to be billing me for anything but they continue to send me a bill and every so often they keep up in it 15 more dollars well they are being investigated

I was recently in need of ankle braces for this past season of volleyball. So I called in and spoke with Lykota, and she had recommended some great ones that she had used when she played in high school. She was very nice and professional and picked out the perfect ones that provide very good support for my ankles!
Called all over Wichita trying to find an affordable nebulizer mask replacement. Not only did they have several options and sizes their prices were perfect and their staff phenomenal. Highly recommend
They got me a new CPAP mask when they didn't have too. They informed me they didn't have any new notes from the doctor. It was in a timely manner and I was able to get new supplies. They have gone over and above what they should have done for me. I have had small issues with them in the past but every thing always gets resolved. I will continue to use them.
My experience at Broadway Home Medical started in February 2020 with my total hip replacement. Everyone I've dealt with at this store has been helpful, friendly and compassionate. Kristina helped me yesterday with more elastic shoestrings. She walked with me to the area and suggested a color, which worked well with my new shoes. It may seem a small thing, but it's the small, personalized things that count right? I'm so thankful this store with these people, are here! Thanks again!!
