Fantastic service. Really can’t go wrong. Helpful staff and great prices. Fixed my daughter’s laptop screen the same day. Very happy.

A big clock fell onto my laptop, and crushed the spacer bar, and the letter \V\. We looked up to see which computer shop was nearest to where we lived and CyberCentral came up. My sister took the laptop and they replaced the whole keyboard in less than 24 hours. I was very happy and greatly impressed. I did pay for a speedy service but non the less, they exceeded my expectations. WELL DONE!

My son's gaming PC died. Took it to Simtech on Northdown road hoping for a quicker solution than trying to do it myself. But alas they had no idea what the problem was at all, they didn't even manage to diagnose the faulty memory which was rather disappointing. Being an IT person myself, I then managed to diagnose the faults by swapping parts from my other son's working system, and discovered the RAM was faulty, so replaced both the RAM sticks. I was able to test and confirm all other components were working except the motherboard and CPU. So I replaced the motherboard. Still no joy and no way to test the CPU without shelling out 400 for a new one. So with no spare equipment to do further diagnosis myself I took it to cyber central. They tested and confirmed that the original motherboard was indeed faulty, and then tested my new motherboard and discovered it was fine but not compatible with the generation of CPU I had, thus why it still was not working. So I am confident from this experience that these guys do know how to properly diagnose PC problems and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. So thanks for saving me from spending 400 on a new CPU, which I didn't need. Needless to say, I will be going to cyber central for computer repairs from now rather than Simtech :-)
