The Loyalty Groomers

This was my 2nd time with Loyalty Groomers. ... The first time was on the 31st March which was a great experience as Tony picked up my Westie 'Scooby' all super safe and within the government guidelines . Scooby looked brilliant & smelled divine afterwards but most of all he seemed all relaxed and happy when he was returned back to my house. The second time was today Thursday the 2nd August 2020. I took Scooby myself to Loyalty Groomers. What a lovely little set up in heart of Brixton! One of Tony's lovely staff ( I think 'Zik' was her name!? ) who took Scooby under her stride. She was so lovely, gentle and very understanding towards Scooby's needs & disabilities (as he turned blind and deaf during lockdown!) Here again he looked absolutely lovely afterwards and was also really relaxed - it almost felt like he did not want to go back with me which is an amazing sign. Thank you so much for everything and I definitely will come back again & again....

Never had an issue with Tony, he visits the house to clip Reds (Japanese Akita) nails when they need doing (my fur baby is a very anxious boy so we can not walk him like we would love to) Tony is always prompt and even Red likes him! Which is a bonus as Red isn’t a fan of men. I would Definitely recommend Tony and his team to anyone who is looking for a groomer who is kind and considerate!

This was the first time l have used the loyalty Groomers as my last dog grooming place had relocated which was to far to go and more hassle to get to. So after much searching l came across this place and looked at the worst reviews first and checked the replies and pondering more l thought why not as most other owners had given positive reviews .l was not disappointed honestly it was easy to make appointment got it on the date l wanted and the times were good for me also.and so l went and was met by Tony who was so nice. And he took my Poppy she gave me that stare of don't leave me lol. So l left and waited for the call to collect her and l was amazed how good they had done and the price was incredible too. sorry to carry on a bit but for sure l will be back with Poppy from now on .great job loyalty Groomers keep it up

Tony was brilliant, and highly recommended. He was able to see me at short notice and was amazing with my mini Dachshund Pablo. He clipped his toenails with ease after month of struggling with clipping anxiety. A very happy owner and happy Pablo :-)
