Sara has helped us train two of our dogs now...one 10 years ago and one just this year - her methods work very well and even via Zoom she managed to provide a comprehensive puppy training course. Highly recommended!

We enrolled our puppy Max onto Sara's Puppy Training course after a family member recommended her as a dog trainer. From our very first contact with Sara it was clear she was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. Even before starting the course she was on hand for help an advice during the early days of owning Max. Once we had enrolled on the course Sara provided clear and detailed video resources with crucial information on socialising your puppy which proved very helpful indeed. As we embarked upon the course during the third lockdown due to Covid 19, the course was entirely online via Zoom. Despite this, the detail and support provided was absolutely perfect. The Zoom sessions were fun and informative with follow up emails providing further information and consolidation. We really feel that because of Sara's tuition and support, Max has had the best possible start. We plan to undertake further training for Max with Sara in the future and thoroughly recommend her.

Under the current situation the zoom puppy classes run by Sara Davies in Brixham turned out to be ideal. With our new puppy, Izzy, we needed someone to reinforce our ideas and give us new approaches to old training problems. It was fun and fulfilling and although there was no interaction or socialisation because of lockdown in many ways it was better because there were little or no distractions so Izzy had our attention and we had hers! The approach Sara has is good because you can see improvements even when you think you are regressing! Some things Izzy found difficult or boring not sure which others she grasped straight away. But with Sara she always had a way to get things started. Also she was helpful with lots of useful hints and tips and the one thing which we have always had difficulty with our other dog, Lucy, the recall has proved much more successful after Sara’s classes. We were also lucky enough to attend some outdoor socialisation sessions which Izzy loved. They enabled socialisation which is so important in early puppy training. I would recommend Sara and her training classes to any new puppy parents.

We have had a great experience attending Sara's puppy classes. We have made huge progress with Ted, our 'demanding' collie puppy. Sara is incredibly knowledgeable and also manages to personalise her advice and techniques down to an individual level. During lockdown, some classes have been held online and these worked very well. Credit also to Rita, Sara's very able four-legged assistant! We would highly recommend Sara to anybody considering puppy training.

I had a great experience with Sara Davies' Puppy Training, my pup Agatha is so much better behaved and I would thoroughly recommend. I was initially apprehensive about the classes being held over 'Zoom', but this turned out to be a benefit. The software was easy to use and sessions are recorded so you can watch them back and catch up if you miss a session. Also with everyone separate the puppies can focus on the lesson without the distractions of other dogs. The weekly puppy socialisation get togethers ensure the puppies don't miss out on social skills (plus it's great to see them all playing together). And Sara was happy to chat to me after the class when I had specific concerns about Aggie's behaviour. Thank you very much Sara!! :)
