Excellent service even with lockdown

They never have all of the medication prescribed even though its exactly the same meds every single month, they always end up owing us some so we have to pop back several times the staff are dis-organised and at times extremely rude they blame the Dr surgery for any issues and the Dr surgery blame the pharmacy. This summer our family had an extremely difficult time whilst my husband had kidney failure and I donated kidney at a time in our lives when we needed minimal stress this pharmacy caused it on a regular basis. I no longer use this pharmacy but travel out of my way to another.

Great service and very friendly at all times. When going into the pharmacy you get a warm feeling as the staff are always very welcoming. This is the only pharmacy I will use unless I have no other choice. Thank you to all the staff for making my visits so pleasurable

Friendly, even though they are ridiculously busy. People whinge about the waiting times but they look after the needs of A LOT of people. Thumbs up x
