Purchased a couple of lots from them at auction. Sent them two emails requesting them to amend the invoice details which did not happen as I just kept being sent payment reminder emails with the details that I had asked to be amended. This was remedied by a phone call where the person on the other end was apologetic and remedied the issue right away. They do offer a paid for in-house pack and post service which I availed. I was told that I would be informed when my package would be dispatched but that did not happen and it just arrived, luckily I was at home to receive it. The lots in question were prints that were framed and glazed. The glass on one was shattered as no bubble wrap had been used at all to cushion the contents which is disappointing since one would expect that being in the auction business they would know how to pack fine art. I wrote an email explaining my displeasure and it has been over a week but (surprise! surprise!) as with my previous emails, it has just gone unanswered. Not even an apology. I was left thinking that all they seem interested in is getting your money as they are happy to send repeated invoice payment reminders and so did not bid on some lots in their subsequent auction. Guess, I can expect a response to this review as it is on the Internet for all to see though I wouldn't bet on it.

Very professional auctioneer he gives you lots of time to bid. Reception was a big part of the team too, sent me my tracking details once sent also kept me updated. Packing was perfect arrived in boxes safely. Overall a great all round service thanks guys

Thoroughly enjoyed my first auction experience with help and guidance gratefully received from Poppy. The whole process was seamless and very addictive!! I enjoyed watching the auction live with the very professional Nick and of course the gorgeous Bella!
