i have been smoking Pall Mall cigarettes for many years until today i have changed brands. after buying my last packet of Super Kings Blue yesterday i realised that there are now only 16 cigarettes in the packet and the price was increased at the local store on further inspection i also noticed that the price as well as the number of cigarettes was not on any of the packs any more of which i am sure that this is a legal requirement all other similar are brands and sizes are cheaper and contain 19 cigarettes and clearly shown on the packet. finally, i was using a recognised and franchised supermarket outlet. i never expected any thing like this from a top company and hope that some sort of errors have occurred in production and printing and it can be rectified.

Manfactors who sell these vanilla screw on refills, they have sold endless faulty refills. I have three packets here with no vanilla taste. I feel the machinery which make these refills should be investigated. Sandbach sales have had endless refills from me sent back. They have tried manipulating the situation. One manager said I will not be sending no more replacements out. But they still willing to sell them and take my money. Could someone help me with this situation. I smoke these refills because the juice in the shop makes me cough. Why is there so many refills with no vanilla favouring in them.
