Hired self drive van. Everyone was really responsive in helping me at short notice. Took all the stress out of my move so a well deserved thank you to all involved. Great work

We were very happy with the service we received from Lanes and the van itself was comfortable and easy to drive. The radio was a bit rubbish and kept losing the stations but I guess that is a Ford issue not the hire company. Very good value and if we ever need to hire a van again we will go straight to Lanes of Cornwall to get it. Brian
