We used Britannia Chauffeurs recently for a family holiday for 6 people in one of their silver Mercedes minivans. I emailed a few chauffeur companies and even called a few taxi firms in my area. The thing I found to be different from the rest was the email was answered within hour I had a booking confirmation with every bit of information needed. On the day, the chauffeur arrived 10 minutes early to load our luggage to leave on time. The journey was very smooth and because of the seating arrangement I we were able to interact as a family all the way there. This really put us all in a great mood for our holiday. On the return, I’ll be honest I completely forgot we were being picked up till I see Tim (our driver) waiting with a iPad with our family name on. He was very polite and took the trolly which was stacked high was suitcases. Having a cold bottle of water waiting in the vehicle after a long flight is always a welcomed sight. All in all, a fantastic start and end to our family holiday. Thank you Britannia Chauffeurs and our driver Tim.
