I have used V Cars extensively for taxi trips to the train station and other trips and they have generally been very timely and reliable after being let down by other companies. Sometime the vehicles have been a little tired but generally they are very good. Overall very pleased.

I book V Cars to pick me and my mum up, but they came 15-20 later! I saw two taxi’s driving up and down my street that I live on, but no! I called V Cars no once, not twice but 6 times! I asked the operator if the “Car” is coming they said yes, but they lied probably to get me off the phone! Eventually, the “Car” came 20 mins late. I got an text for the pay app, the “Driver” who came late asked for notes, I said I can only pay via the app, so my Mum had to find the nearest cash point! Never again!
Booked a car, going to the train station. Gave the name of bus stop street name, just to be sure. 15 minutes later and I call them back. They now inform me that because they don't stop at bus stops, the cab is now on its way to a completely different address with a similar sounding name!! I called up another taxi company (AA Cars) and they kindly let me know that the taxi will be there in 15 minutes. Dear V Cars, If you had been about as attentive and communicative as the AA Cars guy I might not have missed my train flight that day and had to pay 200 GBP just to get home a day late and miss another appointment. Thanks V Cars. Great, professional. Please make sure you got the right pickup address, and please provide an ETA estimate. Especially when someone is going to the train station. 1 star.
Good professional staff and quick pickup time. Not giving 5 star as they could have communicated better between driver and call operator about pick up point I was telling them. I would book again.
Easy to book on the phone. Used multiple times, everytime the driver arrives 5-10 minutes early and waits outside before calling exactly on time to say the cab is here. Very reliable.
