I took in an Xbox one S that turned on ok but wouldn’t connect with the TV. They refused to acknowledge that the controller also wouldn't connect and went straight to replacing the HDMI port. That didn’t fix it. They gave me my Xbox back saying they didn’t have parts to fix it. 35 ‘repair’. I took it to another place and when they plugged it in, it blew the power. They opened it up and saw a poor solder job that caused the power issue - solder all over the board caused the short. Now I have to pay 150 to fix the power board, the hard drive, display driver and you guessed it, have the HDMI ports replaced due to the poor solder job. Whatever you do, don’t use this company (they have 3 sites in Bristol).

Ive paid 600 for my powertrax sccoter to be fixed ive heard nothing since paying them sent emails rang them and not heard nothing i will be taking this further my scootee isnt cheap and i feel like they've took that and the money!! My mates sent emails asking if they fix things and there replying to him within the hour everytime till they get his money then he wont hear nothing back!

I paid 70 for GoPro diagnosis. They took a month to send me the label so I could send it in for repair and now it's been another month and I haven't heard anything. They do not reply to emails or the chat function on their website. They never answer the phone or reply to voicemail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! In response to your answer below.... it is very easy to blame COVID for everything. That may have been an acceptable answer in the spring but all businesses have learnt to adapt now. You have time to read your google reviews but not to answer your emails, chat messages or pick up your phone! If COVID is really causing you such problems can I suggest you STOP taking new orders whilst you clear the backlog. Months have passed now and I still feel that I have been robbed. Refund me and it will be one less customer to worry about.

came to house alright took them under an hour to come very quick service but then the guy didn’t think to tell me that he had no black iPhone 7 screens left and forgot to give me my screen protector back prices are decent 45 for screen all in all worth the money cheap and quick fix

in a dishonest world its good to know there are still some people willing to be respectful and honest . my nephew took my scooter in for repair for me as im very busy . the repair engineer took it for a test ride and told him there is nothing wrong with it. this saved me money time and effort. if your looking to get your scooter repaired by this company dont think twice.
