We chose Bristol Tile because of the great selection. They had exactly what we were looking for. What we didn't know when we ordered was the great service. Everything arrived exactly on time. We have a lot going on with this job, so that was important. Then, when we made a mistake and discovered that we hadn't ordered enough to finish the job properly, Dave expedited a small shipment straight out and we stayed on schedule. Plenty of other places couldn't have been bothered, especially on the first day of lockdown and all the complication that brings. It was service above and beyond anything we would have expected.

I just bought some bathroom tiles from Bristol Tile and am really pleased with the result. I didn't really know where to start but the staff were very helpful with making suitable suggestions which made the whole process so much easier and quicker. I will definitely use them again.
