The Pure Water People

Positively dreadful, pushy salesman. Sent from 'head office' on a Friday evening. Meant to spend an hour, spent 2.5hrs, demonstration of goods but also hard hard sell (apparently, if we signed up there and then we could get a 'today-only' deal, which I thought was illegal). I told him three times that we weren't going to buy anything today, which he only accepted as an answer when my husband stepped in to confirm what I said. I'd be worried if the fella was sent out to any potentially vulnerable people. Impressive system but prices (when we finally teased them out of him) eye watering. Also concerned that the system took out too much from the water. Went with another supplier instead. Reported to Which? Trusted Reviews, but they rejected any reviews I submitted that were less than 4 stars...beware. p.s. I complained at time of the follow-up call. Funnily enough, they couldn't care less.

We have purchased the Gold series, due to the youngest family member's eczema. The softened water had helped to reduce the symptoms of skin irritation and has provided a good quality of drinking water for our household. We have had some initial issues with the smell from the drinking water tap. However, The Pure Water People did swiftly arrange the engineer to attend and rectified the problem. No more concerns at the moment. The system does it's work perfectly and provides softened water, helping in keeping house bathrooms and kitchen clean with no need for frequent removal of limescale. We believe that the system will contribute to the extended life expectancy of our boiler and heating system....Thank you for a quick attention to our previous concerns.

I have had the system for 2 years now and what a change! Limescale is no more, cleaning the shower is easy and my skin looks and feels better. Office staff and visiting engineers are always polite and helpful - looking forward to many more years of this. :)

Great company - the difference our water system has made around the house is unbelievable, we haven't looked back since installing. Fantastic customer care as well, they really look after you.

I've had a system installed now for nearly 10 years, my kettle is around 8 years old and there is no limescale in it. No limescale around any taps in the property, shower screen always clear. always a good experience when I speak to the office and the engineers are always great when they come out. Would highly recommend
