I recently purchased a car from Bristol Street Motors, Knaresborough and was very pleased with the whole service. Initally I wasn't sure as to which car I wanted so Jordan was super helpful in letting me decided between two different cars, and answered all my technical questions. The actual purchase was really easy to complete, and instead of signing paperwork - it was all done with confirmation text messages, a really easy way to complete everything due to covid restrictions. Jordan made the whole process from choosing to driving away with my new car - very easy and very smooth. Thank you and I love my new (used car). I would have no hesitation in recommending Bristol Street Motors, Knaresborough motors to my friends and family.

Recently purchased a car from Bristol Street Motors, Knaresborough and very pleased the way the whole transaction was handled. It was a pleasure to look round without pushy salesmen interrupting all the time and when we found a vehicle we liked Jordan Dee was really good from start to finish explaining everything, no pressure. On collection he went through all the controls etc asking if we had any questions. Very patient, pleasant and helpful. A great attribute to the company. Certainly recommend.
Recently had dealings with Bristol Street and they went above and beyond to accommodate for my requirements. I found a car at a Gloucester branch - they moved it. I part ex my car in - no issue & got the price I expected for it too. Finance went through like a dream and fantastic contact throughout with calls to myself and my partner on a frequent basis. Nothing was too big an issue for them to handle and I left on Monday with my new wheels and a big smile on my face. Most notably Carlos, Neal & Nick were superb and I would certainly recommend them and vouch for their services!
