We have just brought our new family car from Bristol St Motors. Jeff, Mo and the team are very amicable and made the whole process very easy! They even arranged delivery of the new car and collection of my part ex even though we live the other side of the country. I would recommend buying your next car from these guys and I will be using Bristol St Motors Hyundai again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The dealership was immaculate and all around were masks, sanitiser, gloves etc, so I felt totally safe. When my car came back the keys and the car itself were sanitised. Well done on making me feel at ease and being so responsible with the measures you have in place. Keep up the good work!

This dealership is a joke. My car has had all work/servicing & mot done here and I recently was made aware that there were parts missing and some incorrectly fitted by a tyre garage replacing some tyres. Contacted the dealership via email/calls/messages and contacted the manager and NEVER got a response. Contacted Hyundai direct who contacted on my behalf and got the car booked in for inspection. After inspection they told me it was wear and tear and not covered by warranty. I asked what about the part incorrectly fitted.....NO ANSWERS. Contacted Hyundai direct again and they told me they can't do anything about it and to contact the Motor Ombudsman to make an official complaint. Hyundai customer service direct are useless and not sure why they exist, they don't seem to care that a garage with their name is installing parts incorrectly and blaming the customer even though they are the only garage to do any work to my vehicle. I would stay clear of this garage and it's incompetent staff. The warranty isn't worth the paperwork it's written on.

Great service as usual. Over & above ! Shame that hot drinks machine wasn't working on such a cold day though! Not complaining just an observation for consideration

Extremely poor customer service! According to Bristol Street Motors this sticker fixed to a faulty battery says 2 years warranty (your eyes do not deceive you). Not only did they make my elderly registered disabled father pay 97 for a replacement one when this one was still covered by a warranty they made him wait 6 days before they could look at the battery we knew was faulty. Then wait another 3 days for a replacement one to arrive.
