Great Dealership, picked up a new Focus and at an excellent price. Customer service was second to none. Thank you
Bought a new Mondeo from Cheltenham Ford just this week. Car delivered today exactly as described and very happy with both the car and this dealership. James Payne was superb throughout the sales process - faultless, supportive and very impressed. Would definitely buy again.
We haven't brought a car yet, however the service we received was outstanding. We dealt with Josh & Jim who was outstanding salesman. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever, and they will do what they can to suit all your needs. By far the best Bristol Street motors branch we have dealt with.
Bought a used focus from them over the phone without seeing the car first Dealt with James Merriman from sales very nice and professional attitude car was exactly as advertised 5 stars all round
