Horrible experience, never again................ Made an online request in Aug, followed by a call with skn team who booked for an initial consulation with fees 25 charged on phone. Got dermatologist appointment at Cheltenham, who'd review my acne and suggest any medication. And if it requires treatment or follow up, i was said i'll have an option to go ahead or withdraw. I travelled all the way from bristol to cheltenham, finally get to know the clinic doesn't have any dermatologist to prescribe rocuane (acne medicine). So my consulation was of no benefit, and i had to book with skn Bristol to get that prescribed. I booked consulation with bristol skn and got email confirmation for my query. Center confirmed that it'll be treated as my 1st consultation as I haven't seen any dermatologist in cheltenham. By the time i went to clinic my acne was cured with no prescription other than reusing the same medicine i alredy used. Which is good... Shockingly, bristol centre charged me 150 for this visit, which is totally diff to our email conversation prior booking. I was notified that fees for 1st consultaion in bristol vs Cheltenham is diff. TBH i would've cancelled this consultation if i knew that they treat it as 2nd consulation. Really such a huge disappointment and literally grab of money for nothing.....

I went to the clinic for a micro-needling treatment. I was nervous about the treatment but was put to ease straight away by the staff. The lady carrying out my treatment was really friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable and talking me through each step of the treatment. It was clear everyone at the clinic was very knowledgable and they were particularly helpful when talking to be about aftercare. I definitely will be returning for more treatments here!
Used them for laser tattoo removal years ago. Best money I ever spent. Perfect job.
The staff are very helpful and welcoming. They provide an efficient service which is good value for money. I have seen positive results in just a short time (two sessions) of the laser hair removal treatment.
Don't let appearances deceive. Clean and professional looking place but 100 later I was prescribed a treatment for a condition (wart) which a) didn't exist in the quantity prescribed and b) was actually no better than that available over the counter. I got pity from the pharmacist, which was the only consolation!
