Initial handling by staff when arranging contacts were good. However after sales was a bit........ I went in to see about some possible faulty lenses the sales girl was only interested in exchanging one months worth. I feel I will be there again soon trying to get the other months sorted out as new customer got three months lenses in one go, all the same batch number
