All the staff here are amazing. Went in feeling nervous, but everyone here did a great job of helping me feel relaxed. The procedure wasent as bad as I thought - it helped that the Dr and nurses explained everything and made me feel calm and relaxed. The worse thing was the bowel prep you have to do the day before!! Would highly recommend this place if you need to go here - staff so professional and caring. Thank you all xxx

Went in today and was so nervous and scared. Everyone there was so helpful, making me feel comfortable and reassuring me even when I was a mess! I had Dr Metcalfe, there were 3 people in the room and they were amazing! I was crying and shaking before the procedure even began, their kind words saying I'm doing great really helped. Especially while it was being done, I wouldn't have been able to carry on if it wasn't for the encouraging words! It's uncomfortable however they're really tailoring and I had my sedation in the room as I'm needle phobic which was great. Fabulous staff.
All good, top class, very reassuring. If you find yourself needing endoscopy, this is the place.
I was called here for a routine scope, having reached that age for a scan - well if you do get a letter calling you up, if in any doubt then do go. (not knowing or catching something early must be worth it) From the receptionist to the nursing staff and doctors are all very friendly and explain what is going on, from start to finish - explanations from start to finish It is a clinical environment but it does not feel like it compared to a hospital environment It is an unobtrusive building and is next to Tesco Express and Costa coffee is visible if you are looking for landmarks whilst on foot Plenty of buses stop in the centre and some buses go along anchor road - why drive when you are already stressed out. The atmosphere is relaxed which helps
Had a colonoscopy today, the staff were all amazing, really kind and explained everything. I was treated with respect and dignity and the whole process was much better than when I had my last one in hospital. Very good!
