I took my sister with her two kittens to the pdsa at bath road last Thursday she had rang them and had a pre booked appointment as one of the kittens was limping and clearly hurt his leg , we got here 1/2 hour early as it was difficult to judge how long it would take re travelling time , we waiting In the car for 15 minutes then my sister rang the bell , it took over 15 minutes for them even to answer then when a person did eventually arrive she appeared extremely stand offish and we explained we were concerned about the kittens being in the heat as it was an overly hot day , she kind of just shrugged and said well go stand in the shade there are others waiting and there’s a queue ( why book an appointment ??) I think this was kind of a strange attitude when this is meant to be a pet hospital who are supposed to act for the welfare of animals ( maybe not ) it was over an hour between our appointment and when the kitten eventually got taken inside to be seen by a vet , I find this alarming that there is so little care and concern from the staff who work here , guess it pays to try afford pet insurance and give your money to a more deserving charity that show they are worthy of donations
Very helpful excellent treatment for my chow with a bad tooth sorted her right out
Amazing, the cat was well looked after and they were very good at social distancing measures
Their very love people work their make feel welcome and very helpful aswell with my dog i hour later but someone still see my dog when she hurt her knee thank u for all u help
