I went to buy a few records in there with a couple friends and the shop owner was awkward and acted like he didn't want to sell them to me as I was paying by card. It seemed as if he had this attitude towards us because of our age and was talking down to us. He perked up when I said I could buy the records elsewhere... Weird atmosphere in there and wouldn't visit again.
Paul is brilliant. Came out and assessed our needs, installed the equipment around class times and actually stuck his phone number to the equipment so we can contact him at anytime. To top that off our situation changed and he did some research and came back to the studio and sorted everything out for us as part of his \after sales service\.
