A gem of a shop with lots of beautiful treasures and delightful staff. They always have a lovely enticing window display which so tempting my husband will ban me from Thornbury soon - although he is worst than me at wanting to furnish our home with their wonderful gifts!

This is a lovely place to chill out with a afternoon tea/coffee with a scone or cake, relaxing garden area to the rear, great for families and couples alike, competitively priced, staff were friendly. Myself and my husband had a tea, cappuccino with scones, all were really nice.

Super shop and cafe, catering for many, many tastes. Great videos of what is selling at the moment, really helping the customer. Very straightforward to shop on line, so thank you so much Papilio, shopping can still be a pleasure, even O line. Thank you,

Stopped at this cafe for a quick coffee for the first time today. Really nice local gift shop and cafe environment but, unfortunately, certain members of staff in the cafe provided a really disappointing service. It was quite clear that the lady serving me didn't really want to be working there and definitely made it clear that she wasn't happy serving me. Have never been made to feel so uncomfortable especially when I was spending money and supporting a local business. I question why people choose to work in a customer facing role when it's quite clear they would be better working in 'back of house'. Will not be returning.

A gem in Thornbury. Surprisingly big cafe behind the shop plus a nice outside seating area. Good choice of food & cake.
