The purchase of NEFF products brought great excitement for the chef in the house! It’s first clean readily awaited. Booking is always easy & user friendly. Because we work in the week we provide a trade keypad. After some initial teething problems to gain access. Mine, not Matt’s! The cleaning took place. Matt provided lots of useful advice & very familiar with NEFF products - he even set the clock ! Returned to a sparkling hob, oven & extractor. Always such a treat & one I fully recommend if you want to maintain the look & functionality of your kitchen appliances. Thank you Matt. Excellent customer care - going over and above to meet the customers brief.

What a nightmare! My elderly mum had her oven cleaned on the 6th April and as of today her oven is still out of action. She’s been told she will have to wait till next Friday and obviously is unhappy about it. I rang the number to ask why she had to wait so long and had the lady raising her voice at me within seconds suggesting my mum in her eighties had somehow sabotaged the cooker! It of course couldn’t be her operative as he said he’d tested it. So clearly an 80 year old lady put on her combat clothes climbed in and sabotaged the oven, or a random act of god of course. It was beyond any logic of course that the surly operative had been mistaken. The stair lift was just a decoy wasn’t it? I was then told (still on max volume) that I could pay for a gas engineer to come out and if he could “prove” it was down to them they would reimburse the engineers fees. After I took umbrage to this the lady managed to diffuse the situation by slamming the phone down. Well played! Wow! Of course the reason the operative “can’t” come till the end of next week is of course they have scheduled him to come to your home maybe and take your 130 for an hours work. Beware though folks they are quite happy to leave you hanging once they have your money. Anyway even though I’m very nervous of putting my head in ovens I’ve travelled over today and took the afternoon off work. What do I find? Behold! Wire wool lying across the igniter making smashing contact. Great! No risk of fire then! Interestingly I also found lots of crud and debris took some nice pics! I really don’t know how they can sleep at night not wanting to look after their customers. Especially old ladies who have handed over 130 of their pensions. Shame on you! Now how do I put pictures up?
