I had a BA with MYA in sept 2019 and I’m very pleased with my results. My surgeon was Dr Giannas and he did an uplift with implants... I saw him 3 times before my surgery and he was so patient and kind as I was having an implant size dilemma. My PC was Fay and she supported me every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MYA if you are considering a procedure.

Firstly I would like to say that the staff here are wonderful. They are kind, supportive and helpful. This is why I have given 2 stars rather than 1. BUT... I cannot say the same for MYA as a business. Their terms and conditions with respect to losing your fee due to cancellation are not made absolutely clear up front. I was left to find these on my own deep down in small print terms and conditions. I didn't look for the cancellation policy because I was not planning to cancel the procedure. When I did cancel the procedure I found that my VERY EXPENSIVE fee was not refundable, not even partially. I pushed back on this, making it clear that I would still be happy for the surgeon's fee and room fee etc to come out of my money because I would not like the company to be out of pocket. I would even be happy for the company to take their usual profit from the surgery that would have happened. What I did ask for is the money for all the resources that would no longer be required and would not be a cost to the company; anesthetic, garments, antibiotics, after care, insurance, etc... They told me they would not be able to return any money! They have made it clear to me that they care more about their bottom line than their customers. LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR - Its my fault I didn't read the terms and conditions properly... but I strongly disagree with their policy for the reasons above.

I had a BA April 19. MYA Bristol are amazing! I couldn’t recommend them enough! All the staff are so lovely and every time I’ve been there I’ve been made me feel so welcome. My PC was Fay Williams (she’s so lovely!) she went through the whole process with me answering any questions I had and putting me at ease whenever I was worried or concerned about anything. She made the whole process of deciding what I wanted so simple! My nurse was Joanna Blewitt (again she was amazing!) my pre op consultation she made me feel comfortable and my entire post op process was so easy! She’s so lovely and caring! I had the best experience with MYA - I trust them 100%!

Had a BA with MYA and even though there was some disorganisation about my op date right up until the last minute I have to say I’m over the moon with my results and it has changed my life. Dr Giannas has been amazing and did a better job than I could of ever imagined. All the girls in Bristol are lovely, I would definitely recommend MYA. Thank you xx
