Just like the other reviewer has said this chemist is extremely rude and aggressive. I went in to buy some Co-Codamol. I asked and was told they don’t sell it (even though it was displayed on the counter) Then I ask for the equivalent, again the answer was we don’t sell it. The chemist then became very irritate and said he would not sell it too me. I ask why and got the same attitude. I was treated as though I was buying something illegal or I was a drug addict. Which was highly embarrassing and I take great offence too. I would avoid at all cost. Obviously this chemist makes mistakes. Fortunately The duty manager came down and was very apologetic about this employee. I’m now in the process of writing an official complaint about this employee and his behaviour. Customers should not be treated like this.

Handed two scripts into this store on a Thursday and returned on Saturday to collect items. The painkillers were missing and when I asked for them I was told I had only given them one script. I clearly remember handing both scripts in as I had turned the corners down.This held the two scripts together. I understand that mistakes happen and things get mislaid however the attitude of the pharmacists was nothing short of disgusting. I was told I had not handed the script in so it would suggest I was being called a liar. My surgery spoke to them to clarify I had both scripts but to no avail. My surgery has now reprinted the script and I will take it elsewhere.I advise anyone to think twice before using them
