I'm terribly disappointed with this agency. I tried to register with them a few months ago and contacted with one of the consultants. I thought they had quite a few exciting roles that I might be suitable for. I attended an interview which, again, was inspiring and motivating how much my experience and qualifications are needed. After that I was nearly ready to work as they didn't want to register me without Nino which from what I was told was only a formality and after that I would be ready to go. Finally I got my number, sent it them and .... silence. I phoned them the next day and they said that they would come back to me when they check the my situation (I understand that they might not remember every detail after two weeks), but no one called back. So they in the following day I called them again and I was promised that my paperwork is ready and someone from they office will contact me..... no one did.... So i called again the following week and I got the direct email address to another person to write to and ask again about my application. I waited a week for a response and nothing came. I called them AGAIN and I was apologised and that someone will contact with me, which they didn't. So after a few weeks of me calling them and asking I have no other option than just give ONE STAR for absolutely lack of care/ assistance!

I worked for Monarch in autumn 2018. They were great. I had a variety of placements - sen TA , practitioner at a fab nursery , practitioner at a nursery on a farm etc.
Very reliable and nice and they immediately got me a lot of work! Fair pay rates!!!
Terrible company. Registered with them then didn't hear anything. Was told the consultant I'd seen had left the company and I wasn't properly registered. Nobody contacted me to sort it out as promised not even after a follow up call. I've worked as a recruitment consultant myself and these guys are jokers. The worst recruitment agency I've ever come across.
I've been struggling to register with this agency for months!! They are very difficult to get hold of and keep make excuses about why things are being delayed or my main person of contact can't be reached. It's been such a frustrating experience!
