Wow. What can I say. They certainly turned that around. From what was a 1 star review, there are now not enough stars to truly tell you how happy I am. They went above and beyond to get me in the car of my dreams all within 6 days. There was a minor hiccup along the way but they were not to blame!! Now to name some names. Simon King.....a pleasure, lovely bloke and happy to help. Daniel Hopkins.......now that's a manager you should have in all your showrooms and finally....Charlotte Hines, what an absolute Diamond in the rough, let's just hope she is there when I buy my next car. Best possible advice is to avoid this dealerships. All i was told was lies, made me travel 300 miles only to lie, lies consist of, 'We dont do insurance temp cover at this dealership' 'Your car has been fixed, and is all ready to go' They had the audacity to sell me a car which is not on the database which i had to sort out myself, which is the dealer ships responsibility but failed to do so. Spoke to one young man who lied to my face about they don't do temp cover and then in front of his manager claims he never said that accusing us as customers liars. The car Mercedes Benz E350E Reg No. AY67CWO E class, upon purchasing stated that the car was serviced, we looked at the dip stick and the engine oil was low. I was promised scratches and stuff would be taken out, when i got there all they did was clean the car and expose the scratches even more. Avoid dealing with Jo Collins at all cost, when dealing with the car refused to show any paperwork of the car such as the V5 etc. The lying young man had the audacity to stick a card machine in my face asking me to pay for the car without showing me the car, without showing me any form of paperwork. Please do not fall for their trap. No one there is professional, they all have a stinking attitude, including the girls at the front door who greet you. No one is helpful. Avoid buying this dodgy car from these dodgy people.
