Learn about the patient experience. Learn about proper training for telemedicine visits. Yikes. Maybe don't ask the patient mid conversation what they thought the symptoms could be leading to. Oh. My. Goodness.

The experience with the doctor was fantastic. Extremely helpful and I'm already much better. The pharmacy though doesn't fill me with confidence... The staff didn't wear masks and I am not quite sure how strict the cleaning process of the instruments would be... But the medicspot service was amazing.

A much easier and faster way to see a GP and not as expensive as other private GPs, 39 is a very reasonable price for such a great service. The website is clear and it was a very straightforward booking process. I showed up at the pharmacy at the appointment time and was shown to the consultation room. The GP I saw was friendly and attentive, did not seem like he was in a rush at all. They sent a prescription directly to the pharmacy via email and they were able to do it within 5 minutes. Extremely pleased with this service, thank you!

An absolutely wonderful service. See a Gp face to face within minutes rather than waiting 3 to 5 weeks for an appointment. Make an online booking or just turn up at our pharmacy and you can be seen within minutes by friendly professional Gps online face to face who are able to perform many clinical checks on you with the hardware station at the pharmacy...come and experience a great new private service. Appointments are not restricted to 10 minutes as at your Gp practice. Private confidential very fast and very efficient way of dealing with health issues that cannot wait 5 stars all the way. Very impressive
