Excellent buying experience and post sales support. Made the start of my McLaren experience a joy rather than the usual dealer frustration. Usually, dealers stop caring after signing, but here you are made to feel still welcome and supported.
Fantastic service. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. It was a hard decision to depart from a Bentley GT V8 which led to a somewhat protracted deliberation. Nevertheless they were understanding and patient and above all did not force the decision by overselling the car leaving the ultimate decision to be mine, although they did present the car in an irresistible way. Well done team.
We were greeted at the door by a friendly lady who explained that there were customers collecting cars on the day and not to take photos of cars which had the reg plate showing as they were customers cars which was understandable, we were able to explore the whole showroom uninterrupted, many beautiful cars on sale
I couldn’t have wished to deal with a better dealership! I had been looking (casually) for my next car since the summer (various marks and dealerships around the country). I never felt pushed or encouraged to buy from Rybrook in any way. They were always very, professional, informative and friendly. I ultimately ended up buying a McLaren from Jon. He became a friend rather than a salesperson throughout the process. 10/10 and highly recommended, especially if you are as meticulous as me. Keep up the great work Rybrook!
2018 has been a great year for me. A large part of that comes directly from dealing with the team at Rybrook Mclaren Bristol. The specialist knowledge regarding their product and the attention to detail is exceptional. The overall service makes buying your dream car feel easy.
