Really disappointed with my visit to Marks & Spencer’s Longwell Green the other day. The actual store itself wasn’t too bad but the cafe really really let the store down. I would probably rate the store a 4* overall but the cafe only a 1* so that is why I have chosen a 2* rating. We chose to have coffee and cake in the cafe and we had a really long wait for the coffees. It seemed like the staff had no clue what they were doing and how to make a coffee. It was quicker to get an iced coffee than it was a hot coffee. We had a kids meal deal and the pizza that comes with it had been microwaved to heat it up so it was incredibly soggy. The tables weren’t the cleanest and it was overall just a very disappointing visit. Like I said the actual store was nice and it was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and the food hall was also good.

Nice little shop with a large variety of clothing and home decor. There also food and they have a caffe upstairs. Big parking outside. Nice experience with the click and collect also.

went shopping at 8.05.A queue for the one working self service till, no staff on main checkouts.Tried to find till staff but there were only shelf stackers on the shop floor.As a daily shopper for the last seven years the service has been in decline for the last year.In future will be walking the extra few yards to Asda

Good covid precautions in place. Nice lunch in the cafe and some good bargains in store.
