Staff very friendly, however I can't say I'm very pleased with the service or the product. I called in advance and explicitly said that the embassy requires a digital file of my passport photo. I got the photo taken and printed, and for saving a jpg onto a USB stick I brought along I was charged an extra 1.50. However, when I checked the photo the day before my appointment at the Embassy, I was shocked to find out that the image on my USB is the pic directly from the camera, tilted with all the irrelevant background and not cut/edited to the correct format (size) at all. If this was what they meant to put on I have to say we have very different understandings of \a digital file of the photo\. I thought it goes without saying that it should be a digital file of the printed/final copy?? I can't think of any embassy that would be kind enough to accept a jpg of that kind or even bother to edit photos for applicants?? All the point of going to a professional photo center for the passport photo is to make sure that the format is correct. Or else one can easily set up a white background and take one at home nowadays even with a good quality smart phone. I know I should have checked the file on the computer when I was there, but I really didn't not think it would have gone so terribly wrong. So the lesson is, be very specific and check!!!
