I recently visited the Bristol Westbury clinic twice for ear wax removal and can offer nothing but praise for the prompt and efficient service by all the staff I came across, in particular the lady Heather who did the actual work, she was very charming and explained the process thoroughly and my hearing is now fantastic.

Excellent prompt service - many thanks for seeing me so quickly.
Had problems with ears for a long time. Others unable to sort and GP waste of time. Found these guys by chance and right from the start they were great, very friendly, understanding. They listened to my problems with my ears. Simon is great very up beat and bold made me very relaxed, just perfect, cleared ears gave me some advise. Set me on my way. Will not go anywhere else in furture!
Highly recommended- professional, thorough and efficient. Hearing restored! Thank you so much Craig.
Fantastic experience. Simon Wendland was brilliant with my 11yo who was suffering from completely blocked ear canals. He used micro suction to pull out some monster wax lumps and explained the process to my daughter step by step. Can't recommend enough.
