Very pleased with today’s delivery: brilliant comms with a text / one hour time slot and a call from the driver with an estimated time which was bang on. The two delivery guys had a nightmare with the awful double parking near me but they were very obliging and carried the items to the house. Pleased to see a reduction in plastic as loose items were delivered in paper carrier bags and some were not plastic wrapped. Also pleased that many items did not originate from China. Usual good value & quality so I’m a very happy customer!

We had a blind delivered & this was what it came in!! A bit excessive, don't you think? Plus I don't know if all this brown packaging is recyclable?
IKEA Bristol only click and collect or delivery due to pandemic, fair enough. To deliver I add 43% to the cost and earliest date is 21st. Item is in stock! To go and collect next day which is an option I am charged a 25% 'service charge'... To drive to town and get it myself. Not impressed
Today’s delivery was speedy and efficient. Two very pleasant guys, Jamie Price and Adam Thomas, navigated my apartment complex with ease. Very pleased.
The new click and collect system is great. Very efficient and COVID secure. In and out in 10 minutes. Such low stress for an IKEA visit!
