Andy's kind, calm professionalism shone through when we were talking to different agents to sell our elderly parents' house in Thornbury. The valuation was realistic & well supported with comparable research but the proof of the pudding came when we lost our first buyer just as we needed to commit to our onward purchase. Andy was quick to advise us & successfully re market the house. We also especially appreciated both Ann & Andy's sensitive approach to our parents; double checking viewings weren't stressful or inconvenient & being very considerate.
