Best customer service from all Bristol furniture showrooms No hard sell or even hoovering. Just a lovely helpful salesman with helpful answers to help us make the right decision. Even down selling to make sure we didn’t make a mistake, but leaving us with lots of extra option for a later day. Well done Furniture Village, you and in particular James have made me a life long customer.

We bought a Copenhagen corner sofa in store from this furniture village in November 2016 at a cost 1000. The sofa was sold with a 10 year structural integrity guarantee covering the frame and springs. After 3 years of careful use the frame has snapped. Part of the frame manufactured from poor quality OSB board has split rendering the sofa unusable (see picture). Further to an inspection by the Furniture Village Steve from the Cribbs Causeway branch has said that the only way the break could have happened is an \Accident\ or \ Unexpected Issue\ therefore the 10 year structural guarantee is void. It is clear to us the failure is due to a manufacturing and design issue with the corner sofa. There has been no accident or unintended use. When we have asked Furniture Village to justify there assumption we have been ignored. We are now left with a 3 year old unusable sofa. The customer service is appalling and the 10 year warranty (now advertised as 20 years) is completely useless. I would recommend avoiding this store/retailer

Having had a bad experience in another local furniture store, we decided to try Furniture Village, the contrast in customer service is night and day. We were seen to by Jak, who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We purchased a great sofa at was a great price, two happy customers. Thank you very much!
