Took my car here for a MOT and service. Was advised by the manager on phone that I need 3 new tyres as they were 2mm even tho I have purchased all 4 of them within the last 1/2 years and I only do about 5000 miles a year. On attending the centre I immediately went and checked my tyres before going into the centre as that had suggested they were barely legal and I had been to the centre a month prior and had tyre treads of at least 4/5mm on the paperwork. Then I had noticed my two rear tyres had been changed to used lesser quality tyres. Before this I had all matching Good Year Grip Performance Tyres on the vehicle. One tyre was actually a 2011 tyre when my rear passenger tyre was only two months old. They completely dismissed this allegation and now in a civil dispute with the company avoid at all cost.

My partner went there to fix our car to pass the MOT. The personnel told him that we will call you as soon as its ready. They never did. When we saw that the time was late and the garage was about to close my partner went there. They told him that the cost of the fix will be extremely hight and its better to buy another car. My partner decided to bring the car to another place for the same purpose. The people there were nice they fixed the car in less than an houre. The cost was 500 pounds.. Formula 1 should train its staff better. Cause all these years we were going there, the only thing they did was changing oils. The other garage (the one that fixed our car) was amasing and they also fixed little things that Formula 1 couldn't even identify. Therefore, I cant recommend FORMULA 1 to noone.!!!!! (atlist the one close to Brislington.)

The Garage worker is not transparent. I am very disappointed in the Garage. I don't recommend anyone to go there. They charge for tyes disposal plus sundries - which no Garage has charge me before. Don't go there.

The guys their were very helpful and knowledgeable about what urgent repairs were required on my truck. They showed me the extent of the damage and quickly sourced the parts and got me back on the road within a couple of hours

Really helpful and staff offer good advice, waiting room onsite is clean and sizable.
