It would be no exaggeration to say that without Direct Care I do not believe we could have provided the 24 hour care my husband needs. Never cease to be amazed by the tremendous help we get from Direct Care. You offer such a personalized service and really do seem to understand the importance of maintaining continuity of care. This being one of the important reasons we have chosen to work with you in the provision of carers for my husband. Your carers have a special quality which makes them generally excellent. I suppose this is a result of the very vigorous selection process at Direct Care. I feel that other much larger established agencies have much to learn from you. I'm so sorry about the revue I was hacked by someone that's used to be my friend and had said some vile stuff about the care system and the manager I am truly sorry this care has been so truly helpful for us and my family I would highly recommend this company the care is great :)
